UPDATE, 09/02/2014, 10:05 AM PT: The account merger has been completed, however we are still experiencing delays with the following apps:

  • Call of Duty App
  • Skylanders Lost Islands
  • Skylanders Cloud Patrol
  • Skylanders Battlegrounds

On Tuesday, September 2nd, we will begin merging all Call of Duty, Activision, and ACTIVATE accounts into single identities. This merger will begin at approximately 1:00 AM PT and should be completed by 7:00 AM PT. During this time, several games and features will be intermittent or completely unavailable.
  • The Call of Duty App will be in maintenance mode for the majority of the merger.
  • Skylanders Lost Islands¬†and Skylanders Cloud Patrol have all released force updates that will allow you to keep playing offline during the merger. However, Skylanders Battlegrounds users on Android may experience issues.
  • Features that require logging in to callofduty.com and Activision Support will be unavailable, including account creation, account linking and de-linking, forums, live chat, phone ticket creation, warranty claims, and support forms.
