1. How do I download the Season Pass or other DLC?
1. Log in to the PlayStation Network.
2. Launch Call of Duty: Black Ops II and select Multiplayer.

3. Select Store from the Multiplayer Menu.

4. Select the Call of Duty Add-On that you wish to purchase.

5. Select Add to Cart, then select View Cart.

6. Select Proceed to Checkout, then select Confirm Purchase.

7. Select Download All. 
Once the download is complete, exit the store, then launch Call of Duty: Black Ops II.

2. I can’t download the DLC. What should I do?
Please try the following troubleshooting tips below for PlayStation 3:
  • If you purchased the DLC in-game, you must exit the game to complete your download. Once the download is complete, you will be able to play with the DLC.
  • Try downloading the DLC again for PlayStation 3.
  • Clear the system cache on the console.
  • Be sure that your PlayStation Network account allows you to download content.
  • Be sure that your console has enough hard drive space to save the downloadable content.
3. I see different versions of the DLC. How can I tell which version of the content to download?
Verify the region code of the game. This can usually be found on the spine of the game case. BLUS means that the game is for the North American region while BLES means that the game is for the European audience. Match the region code of the game to the region code for the downloadable content and you should have no problems playing the DLC.

4. What if I don’t see the correct version of the content in the PlayStation Store?
If you don't see the correct version of the content in the PlayStation Store, you can try the following to make it appear:
  • Verify the region code with the code on the spine of the game.
  • Make sure the profile you are using is the correct profile for the region of the game.
  • Make sure the setting of your console are set to the correct region of the game.
Note: If you are in a region that is not supported by the Sony Entertainment Network, content may not be available.

5. What if I don't see recently released content in the PlayStation Store?
It can take several hours for new content to populate in all of the stores and territories after it is launched.  If you do not see the new content immediately, please check back.

6. I downloaded the incorrect version of the content. What should I do?
Delete the game data and re-download the correct version of the content. If you find that you have to purchase the content again, you will have to contact Sony support to see what can be done to transfer the purchase.

7. I put in my code to redeem my content and it didn’t work. What should I do?
  • You may have typed in the code wrong. Try typing in the code again. Accidentally mistyping the key code numbers and letters is responsible for most key code problems. Sometimes the letter O (o) can look like a 0 (zero) or the letter L (l) or the letter I (i) can look like the number 1 (one), especially if you are looking at a code that was printed on a pre-order receipt from an in-store purchase.
  • Make sure the code you are using is the appropriate code for your region. If you are using a code that comes from a North American version of the game and you are trying to purchase content outside of that region, you may receive an error code.
  • Make sure that your profile is properly signed in with an account that can purchase content.
