1. Where can I pre-order Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in order to receive the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack?
The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack is available at the following retailers when pre-ordering Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Please note that this list may not be complete, and is subject to change. If you are unsure about a retailer’s participation and want to receive the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack, be sure to ask before you pre-order.
2. Where do I find the code to redeem the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack?
The code to redeem the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack is typically printed on the store receipt. In some cases, you will receive a card with a code printed on it. If you pre-ordered online, the code will be sent via email.

3. I have a code. How do I get the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack?
You can unlock the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack by entering your code at www.callofduty.com/personalizationpack. Before you can enter your code, please follow the steps to log into your Call of Duty account, or create a free account.

4. What do I do if I cannot read the code on my receipt?
If you pre-ordered your copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare from GameStop, follow these steps to retrieve your code:
  1. Go to GameStop.com.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
  3. Select Digital Bonuses / Beta Codes / Premium Items in the Request Type dropdown menu.
  4. Fill in the rest of the form. Be sure to include your Order Number and/or your Power Up number.
If you pre-ordered from a retailer other than GameStop, please bring the receipt back to the participating retailer and request another copy of the receipt. Be sure that you can read the code on the new receipt.

5. What do I do if I lost the code from my pre-order?
If you pre-ordered your copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare from GameStop, follow these steps to retrieve your code:
  1. Go to GameStop.com.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
  3. Select Digital Bonuses / Beta Codes / Premium Items in the Request Type drop down menu.
  4. Fill in the rest of the form. Be sure to include your Order Number and/or your Power Up number.
If you pre-ordered from a retailer other than GameStop, please return to the participating retailer and ask for another copy of the store receipt.

6. What do I do if I never received a code?
The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack is only available with pre-orders from one of the participating retailers. If you did not pre-order from a participating retailer, you are not eligible to receive the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack. If you did pre-order from a participating retailer and did not receive a code, please follow the steps for a lost code.

7. I applied my Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack to the wrong account. Can I get another code?
We unfortunately will not honor these requests. Be sure that you have linked the correct account to your Call of Duty® account before you enter your code.

8. On which platforms is the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack available?
The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack is available in Call of Duty: Ghosts on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, and in Call of Duty: Black Ops II on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

9. I own both Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Call of Duty: Ghosts.  Will I receive the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack in both titles?
Yes. Upon successful redemption of the code Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack will be available in both titles as long as they are on the same console platform. 
 
10. I have both a PlayStation Account and an Xbox Live account linked to my Call of Duty Account. Will I receive the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack on both?
The codes are platform specific, so the content will be applied to all linked console accounts within the same console family. So if Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is pre-ordered for PlayStation 4, the Personalization Packs will be available to use on all linked PlayStation accounts.
 
11. After I successfully redeemed the pre-order code how do I access the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack?
The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Packs were unlocked May 13th, 2014. If you have redeemed the code prior to the unlock date, the content unlocked on May 13th, 2014. If you redeem the code after the unlock date, please allow up to 24 hours for the content to appear in game.
 
12. When will I receive my pre-order of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare?
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be available November 4, 2014.
