Transferring Digital Team Leader Content from Xbox 360 to Xbox One


If you have a Season Pass for Call of Duty: Ghosts and your entitlements are not transferring from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, you will need to uninstall and then re-install each of the entitlements on your Xbox One. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Be sure you have played a multiplayer game of Call of Duty: Ghosts on Xbox 360 with a Season Pass.
  2. Upgrade to Xbox One, applying your Season Pass to the same Gamertag used on Xbox 360. At this point, your stats should transfer over.
  3. Completely quit Call of Duty: Ghosts. To do this, highlight Call of Duty: Ghosts from Xbox Home, press Start, then select Quit.
  4. Highlight Call of Duty: Ghosts, press Start, then select See in Xbox Store.
  5. Scroll right to the Add-ons section and select Season Pass. You should see the Season Pass as already purchased.
  6. Go to My games and apps.
  7. Select Call of Duty: Ghosts and press the Start button on your controller.
  8. Select Show all add-ons.
  9. Highlight the add-on that is not transferring.
  10. Press Start and select Uninstall, then confirm.
  11. Return to Xbox Home.
  12. Highlight Call of Duty: Ghosts, press Start, then select See in Xbox Store.
  13. Scroll right to the Add-ons section and select the add-on you just uninstalled.
  14. Press Start then select Install
Follow these steps for each Call of Duty: Ghosts entitlement that has not transferred from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. Once complete, everything should be unlocked and appear in-game.
