Not only do all of the old-school Pro Skaters from the first two Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater games return to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, a star-studded slew of new-school Pro Skaters has been added to the lineup:
Old School
Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, Steve Caballero, Geoff Rowley, Andrew Reynolds, Elissa Steamer, Chad Muska, Eric Koston, Rodney Mullen, Rune Glifberg, Kareem Campbell, Jamie Thomas, and Bob Burnquist

To choose a Skater, go to the Hub and press the button prompt next to your current Skater’s name to enter the Skater Select screen. From there, you can choose and select a Skater.
There are also secret Skaters that can be unlocked in the game. We’ll leave it up to you to figure out how to unlock them.
Custom Skaters
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 allows you to create and customize your own Skater. To begin Skater creation and customization, go to the Hub, highlight an empty Custom Skater slot, then press Accept. From there, you can customize your Skater with the following categories:
- Name
- Hometown
- Skating style and starting Skater Stats
- Stance
- Push style
- Tricks and Stats
- Look
All Skaters have the following features:
- Stats: Stats influence a Skater’s abilities, including Air, Hangtime, Ollie, Speed, and more. You can upgrade a Skater’s Stats by playing Tours.
- Trick Slots: These allow you to equip additional Special Tricks on your Skater. You earn these by completing that Skater’s Challenges.
- Special Rewards: Completing that Skater’s Challenges also earns Special Rewards. Pro Skaters can unlock new outfits for themselves, as well as new Boards for themselves and for Custom Skaters. Custom Skaters can also unlock special Boards for themselves.
