Ambassador Social Media Policy

Representing Yourself and Ambassadors in the Community

Being an Activision Ambassador is an exclusive opportunity, and, like us, you’re proud to be part of this awesome program. Ain’t nothing wrong with that, because you’re what makes our community great. With that said, to make sure this awesome program stays awesome, we have a few guidelines around how we represent ourselves and the program in game, across social media, and throughout the community.

  1. If you want to represent your Ambassador status in social media bios, simply use the words Activision Ambassador.
  2. Don’t be a troll. Having an opinion is totally fine, but try to make sure your comments are constructive and useful, not mean or negative.
  3. Remember that anything you post can’t be taken back, so think about it before you hit that POST button. People screenshot everything these days. If you don’t want someone to see it, don’t post it.
  4. It should be clear that you’re not an Activision employee, and it should say in your bio that your opinions don’t represent Activision.
  5. You embody the best parts of our community. Your conduct and behavior should represent the Activision Ambassador program in a positive manner, even outside of it.
  6. You should never take or share pictures of the chats you have with other players, fellow Ambassadors, or Ambassador Coordinators.
  7. If you’re unsure if what you’re about to post is appropriate, pause and ask one of the Ambassador Coordinators before posting it.
  8. We should hold each other accountable for our conduct. If you see someone representing the program in a poor manner, let us know.

Leaving the Ambassador Program

1. How can I leave the Ambassador program?

You can leave the program at any time simply by sending an email to

2. Can I be banned from the Ambassador program?

Yes. You can be banned for any activity that violates the Activision Ambassador Terms and Conditions, the Activision Ambassador Code of Conduct, or Activision's Terms of Use. This especially applies to the use of vulgar or hateful language in chat or on the forums, or actions that violate the spirit of the Ambassador program. Ambassadors are the best of the best, we expect they will behave accordingly.

3. Can I be removed from the Ambassador program for inactivity?

Yes. Due to high demand and a limited number of Ambassador slots, we will monitor activity and may deactivate Ambassadors who we determine are not actively participating in the program.

For more information, please review the Good Standing section of the Activision Ambassador Terms and Conditions.
