Call of Duty: Heroes – Global Conflict Overview

Global Conflict is a large scale competitive real-time multiplayer event. A Global Conflict event is held every weekend. Six Alliances across the world engage in battle to claim ownership of as many zones as they can and dominate the globe!

Participating in Global Conflict

Every Alliance with a minimum of 10 members and five active members in the previous 30 days is automatically enlisted for Global Conflict. Members can confirm that they are enlisted from the My Alliance tab.

Players can also confirm their Alliance is Enlisted by checking the status of Global Conflict in the War Mode Selection menu. The check mark will confirm that the Alliance as a whole is Enlisted.

Stages of Global Conflict

Matchmaking begins every Thursday at 00:00 GMT and begins to match all enlisted Alliances in groups of six.

Preparation Day begins on Friday at 00:00 GMT. During this time, players can view the Global Conflict map and scout out Zones they may potentially want to attack once the event begins.

Battle Day begins at 00:00 GMT on Saturday and lasts for 48 hours. During this time, players want to claim, steal, and control as many Zones as possible to gather points for their Alliance to win.

Capturing Zones

Zones can be captured multiple times, and you can attack any occupied or unoccupied Zone on the map. To capture a Zone, you must attack and fully destroy the base in that Zone. After a base is captured, it will receive a short shield preventing it from being attacked, but once this shield drops, it’s up for grabs! You can tap a Zone to see how many War Points it offers and how many Heroes are required to garrison, as well as scout the base without being required to attack.

Garrisoning Heroes

If you successfully destroy the base, you will be prompted to select Heroes to garrison in that Zone to collect resources and score War Points. Zones that require more Heroes to control will have stronger bases and offer more War Points.

Once a Hero is garrisoned in a Zone, they cannot be used in any other Global Conflict attacks or be selected to garrison in another Zone. They will stay in their original garrison until an opponent captures that Zone or the time limit for that Zone is reached, at which time it will become neutral again.

If your Heroes are Prestiged, they will earn HP Bonus, DPS Bonus, or both, boosting that base's stats and making it harder for an opponent to capture.

Rewards

At the end of the second Battle Day, War Points will be tallied, and rewards will be given out to all Alliances that participated in the Global Conflict. The amount of rewards per Alliance is determined by the number of War Points the Alliance earned by the end of Global Conflict. If an Alliance earned no War Points, then they will receive no rewards. The Global Conflict rewards are:

  • Gold
  • Oil
  • Diamonds
  • Skill Points
  • Cryptokeys

Rewards will be sent in a single mail to players directly through the Mail System to be claimed.

Cryptokeys

Cryptokeys are the sole currency used to purchase items in the Black Market. Cryptokeys can only be earned through participating in Global Conflict and through some weekly events.
