If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, you must call Activision Customer Support to submit your warranty claim. If you attempt to submit your claim online, it will not be processed. For Activision Customer Support in Australia, please call 1300 748 995. In New Zealand, please call 0800 160 110. Before calling, please print the appropriate form below for reference.

Disc Replacement

Disc Replacements fall under the following two categories: 
  • In Warranty: Within 90 days of purchase or manufacturing defect 
  • Out of Warranty ($20 in the U.S., €10 in the Euro Area, or £12 in the U.K. replacement fee): Beyond 90 days of purchase, scratched disc, or cracked disc
Disc Replacement Instructions:
  1. Use your Case Number when inquiring about your warranty claim.
  2. Please print out the Disc Replacement Form linked below and follow the shipping instructions provided.
  3. If Out of Warranty, please include a check or money order for the replacement.
  4. Please ship using a traceable method.
  5. Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the date we receive your item for delivery in North America or Europe.

Hardware

Return Required 

(Drums, Guitars, DJ Decks, Tony Hawk Boards, Top Shot Elite Guns, Fishing Poles, Kinect Gun, Skylanders Portals, Legendary Champions, and Location Items)

  2. Please print the label you will receive via email to ship your item to us.
  3. Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the date we receive your item for delivery in North America or Europe.
Swappable Skylanders
  1. Use your Case Number when inquiring about your warranty claim.
  2. Please print the label you will receive via email to ship your item to us.
  3. Please send both the top and bottom halves of the Swappable Skylanders figure. Receipt of only one half of a Swappable Skylanders figure will delay the exchange.
  4. Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the date we receive your item for delivery in North America or Europe.
No Return Required
