Answer: If you purchased a game and the disc or cartridge was missing from the case, it is the sole responsibility of the retailer where the game was originally purchased to replace the disc or cartridge. Activision cannot replace missing items.
Question: I bought a copy of the game and it’s damaged. What should I do?
Answer: If your disc is damaged and you require a replacement, you can do so by going to the Warranty & Returns section of the Activision Support site.
