I'm losing weapon progression.
– All platforms

We're actively investigating reports that some players are losing weapon progression.

I'm seeing rollback in my player stats.

We've received reports that some players are experiencing rollbacks on stats and player progression, and we are actively investigating.

I didn't receive my Permanent Unlock Token from reaching max rank in the beta.
– All platforms

We're investigating instances where some players have not been given their Permanent Unlock Token for reaching level 34 in the Multiplayer beta.

Did you check your Progress and Unlocks?

To locate your Permanent Unlock Token:

  1. Select Menu from any Multiplayer menu.
  2. From the Barracks tab, select the Progress and Unlocks tile.
Under investigation
I'm experiencing game crashes.
– PC

We're investigating a variety of game crashes that are occurring on PC.

Resolved Issues

The following issues were fixed or are considered closed.




I'm missing content from the Black Ops Pass.
– Xbox One

If you’re missing the Classified map and Shadow Man Blackout character, the Black Ops Pass may not have been fully installed from the Xbox Store when first activated. To resolve this:

  1. Back out of the game.
  2. Hit the home button and go to Manage Games.
  3. Find Classified under Ready to Install.

Or, search for Black Ops Pass in the Xbox Store and hit Install.


I'm stuck at the Offer Redemption screen.
– Xbox One

Follow these steps if you cannot get past the Offer Redemption screen.

  1. Back out of the game.
  2. Disconnect your console or PC from the internet.
  3. Launch the game again.
  4. Once you get to the main menu, reconnect to the internet and select Play Online.
