Answer: The location of the model number depends on which product you are trying to return. Check the list below to find out where to look:
A game disc model number is printed on the top of the disc, and is located at the end of the copyright information. Game disc model numbers are 8 digits long followed by a 2-letter country code, i.e. 12345678US.
The model number on a Nintendo DS and 3DS cartridge is printed on the sticker, and is located at the end of the copyright information. Nintendo DS and 3DS cartridge model numbers are 8 digits long followed by a 2-letter country code, i.e. 12345678US.
A Skylander's model number is located on the bottom of the base of your Skylanders product. For products without an actual "base" such as the vehicles in Skylanders Superchargers, turn the vehicle upside down to find the item's model number.
Note: Toy, vehicle, and magic item model numbers are 8 digits long. The model number for the Portal of Power may be either 7 or 8 digits long depending on the console you are using.
