Please verify that you have tried the following before contacting Customer Support:
- You code should be located on your pre-order purchase receipt. Try typing in your code again. Accidentally mistyping the key code numbers and letters may be responsible for the problem. What may look like an I (i) or zero (0) could really be an O (o), l (L) or one (1).
- If you purchased your game online, you should have received an email containing your code. Check your email inbox and junk folder for the email provided by your online retailer.
If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please contact Customer Support and make sure you have the following information handy when you call:
- Your receipt showing the pre-order date of purchase
- Your Gamertag or PSN ID
