Call of Duty: Black Ops III

 

If you are having issues purchasing or spending COD Points in Call of Duty: Black Ops III, follow the guidelines below based on what you're experiencing.


Please allow up to 12 hours for Store purchases to appear in game. If your purchased content is still not showing up after waiting 12 hours, you may need to restart your console.

If the issue persists beyond 12 hours and you do not receive your purchased content, please contact PlayStation Support, Xbox Support, or Steam Support for assistance.

If you do not see your Supply Drop items, be sure to check the Recently Acquired tab within the Black Market. Note that the Recently Acquired section only displays the 25 most recent items acquired.

Also note that some items may be inaccessible until certain levels are reached to unlock items, including weapon camos, attachments, reticles, and Specialist gear.
