This article covers frequently asked questions regarding technical issues with the Snoopy’s Town Tale mobile game for iOS devices.

Activating and de-activating Snoopy’s Town Tale notifications can be done in your device’s Settings. To change your notifications:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings.
  2. Go to Notification Center.
  3. Go to Snoopy's Town Tale. You can then choose your notification settings.

If your game is completely frozen, you can “force close” the app. This allows the app to refresh, and may alleviate minor gameplay and loading issues.

To force close the app on an iOS device:

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Home button twice.
  2. Swipe up on the Snoopy tab.

This can happen if another app or device function (such as a phone call) interrupts the game’s sound. To fix this issue, force close the game and restart:

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Home button twice.
  2. Swipe up on the Snoopy tab.

You can take a screenshot by simultaneously pressing the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button on your device. Your image will be located within the Photos app.

To update your game:

  1. Shut down Snoopy’s Town Tale.
  2. Enter the App Store.
  3. Tap the Updates tab.
  4. Tap the Snoopy’s Town Tale app.

The following devices are supported by Snoopy’s Town Tale:

  1. iPod Touch: 5th generation or better
  2. iPhone: 5 or better
  3. iPad Mini: 2nd generation or better
  4. iPad: 3rd generation or better
  5. iPad Air: 1st generations or better
