ISSUE	DESCRIPTION
I can’t save Loadouts in Multiplayer. – All platforms	An issue preventing some players from saving Loadouts in Multiplayer is under investigation.
I’m not seeing my stats in game. – All platforms	A display issue is under investigation where some players aren’t seeing their stats appear in the Combat Record and Leaderboards. This is a display issue only; stats are still being tracked.
I don’t have a button to launch Campaign or DMZ from COD Home. – XBOX on PC	An issue preventing some XBOX on PC players from launching Campaign or DMZ after installation is under investigation. Helpful tips: Make sure you have Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 - Content Pack 1 installed before launching the game. Check your Microsoft Store device management to ensure you haven’t exceeded your 10 device limit.
I can't Prestige my Operator in DMZ. – All platforms	An issue preventing some players from Prestiging an active Operator after meeting requirements is under investigation. Workaround: Players facing this issue have found success by equipping Rare weapons with only three attachment slots (weapons that have never had four or more attachments).
