What to do if you get stuck or the game freezes while playing Campaign Mode in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
On rare occasions, players may experience moments where the game freezes or gets stuck in an infinite loading state, or find spots where a character or even the game just seems to be stuck.
If you run into one of these scenarios, you will need to restart from the last checkpoint, or restart the level. If the problems continue, you should quit and restart the game. You may also need to reboot your console or PC. If you continue to experience game freezes, you will need to uninstall and then reinstall the game.
