Issues with COD Points Purchases for Call of Duty: Mobile

How to get help if you have an issue with a COD Points purchase

COD Points for use in Call of Duty®: Mobile may be purchased through select vendors or payment processors.  

Please note that COD Points purchases may take up to 24 hours to appear in the app.

If you're still missing COD Points you purchased after 24 hours, please try shutting down and rebooting the game. In some cases, you may need to restart your device.

If this troubleshooting doesn't resolve your issue, or if you have any other questions related to your COD Points purchase, you can get help by contacting the vendor or payment processor.

Please note: Some vendors or payment processors may be limited by region.
