Unable to Connect to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Multiplayer Matches on PC
If you are having trouble connecting to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Multiplayer matches on PC, this may be due to the Shader Preload settings on your PC. Turning off or disabling the Shader Preload option on your PC should resolve connection issues.
Note: The Shader Preload option is currently disabled in Exo Zombies and Exo Survival game modes.
