Date of Birth Change Request
Activision accounts require a Date of Birth in order to play certain games. This requirement will help us ensure a positive community experience for all players.
In compliance with Activision’s Date of Birth Correction policy, account holders may use this form to request a change to the Date of Birth associated with their Activision account.
Please note before you proceed:
- Eligible account holders may submit a one-time request to change Date of Birth.
- If Date of Birth was changed through a previous request, it cannot be changed again.
- Due to local laws and regulations, some requests may not be fulfilled.
