How to transfer your Season Pass entitlements to Xbox One
If you have a Season Pass for Call of Duty: Ghosts and your entitlements are not transferring from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, you will need to uninstall and then re-install each of the entitlements on your Xbox One. To do this, follow these steps:
- Be sure you have played a multiplayer game of Call of Duty: Ghosts on Xbox 360 with a Season Pass.
- Upgrade to Xbox One, applying your Season Pass to the same Gamertag used on Xbox 360. At this point, your stats should transfer over.
- Completely quit Call of Duty: Ghosts. To do this, highlight Call of Duty: Ghosts from Xbox Home, press Start, then select Quit.
- Highlight Call of Duty: Ghosts, press Start, then select See in Xbox Store.
- Scroll right to the Add-ons section and select Season Pass. You should see the Season Pass as already purchased.
- Go to My games and apps.
- Select Call of Duty: Ghosts and press the Start button on your controller.
- Select Show all add-ons.
- Highlight the add-on that is not transferring.
- Press Start and select Uninstall, then confirm.
- Return to Xbox Home.
- Highlight Call of Duty: Ghosts, press Start, then select See in Xbox Store.
- Scroll right to the Add-ons section and select the add-on you just uninstalled.
- Press Start then select Install.
