1. What should I do if Alexa gives me a response that doesn’t apply to what I requested?
The Call of Duty Alexa Skill is activated by you saying, "Alexa, tell Call of Duty…" or "Alexa, ask Call of Duty…" followed by a specific action or question. Alexa then responds to you based on keywords in the action you request or the question you ask. If Alexa doesn't hear the keyword correctly, the Call of Duty Alexa Skill will either make a guess or not take action. When activating the Call of Duty Alexa Skill, be sure to speak clearly and pronounce words correctly.
If you're not sure why Alexa is not responding the way you think it should, you can use the Alexa app to see what Alexa thinks it heard.
- Open the Alexa app on your mobile device and select Settings.
- Scroll to the History section at the bottom of the screen to see your conversations with Alexa.
