An Alliance is a group of players that have allied with each other. You can create an Alliance, join one or help an Alliance member through the Communication Center. Once you are a member of an Alliance, you can provide support for other Alliance members by donating units or heroes for use in battles.
If you see this message, this means you have sent a request for help to all allies in your Alliance.
These are pieces of debris that accumulate over time. You can remove these by tapping on them (costs oil to remove). Removing these objects will reward you with Experience, and sometimes Celerium.
Celerium is the premium currency in Call of Duty: Heroes. Use this to speed up construction of units or structures, as well as purchase resources. You can purchase Celerium in the store or earn some during gameplay.
Tap the Attack button and select Find a Match. If you want to choose a different target to attack, tap Search Next to look at another base.

You can prevent attacks to your base by purchasing a "shield" in the shop. Once the shield's time has expired, your base is vulnerable to attacks again. A shield is also activated after you are attacked so that you cannot be immediately attacked again.
Yes and only if you deploy the Hero "Ilona." By using Ilona's flare skills you can direct specific troop types to locations/stuctures on your opponent's base.
Visibility affects the accuracy (hit rating) of all units in a battle. At this time, only smoke grenades affect visibility.

Heroes earn experience by being deployed in Player vs. Player (PvP) battles. Earn enough experience and the Hero will level up. You can also upgrade a Hero's Killstreak with skill points earned during PvP battles or with Celerium.
In Survival Mode you can test the integrity of your base! In this mode a wave of enemies will attack your base. Each enemy wave becomes progressively harder. The longer you survive the more rewards you will earn.
Medals earned in Survival Mode can be used to promote (increase the level cap) of the Heroes you have unlocked.
Diamonds can be used to level up the Heroes you have unlocked or to train Atlas units (available in high Command Center levels).
This is your Hero's Aura. Troops within the highlighted Aura will receive an advantageous Boost to help turn the tide of the battle. Each Hero has a specific Aura Boost. Troops will continue to receive Aura Boosts as long as they remain in the Hero's Aura. Aura Boosts can be stacked if more than one Hero is deployed, their Auras overlap, or troops are located within the overlapping area(s).
Buying and constructing a Helipad for your base will allow a Helicopter to drop off a Supply Drop. As you progressively upgrade your Helipad, you will receive the chance to win bigger and more valuable Supply Drops. You are limited to 10 Supply Drops per day.
Yes. You can save up to five different layouts of your base, and you can select any one of them to be your default base. Please note that all your current structures must be deployed onto your base area in order to save the base layout. To get started, tap on the Edit Base button.
Leagues provide a ranking system for PvP (Player vs. Player) battles. Earn increasing daily rewards by moving up the League tiers.
The inventory system where your Supply Drop rewards and other items are stored for use when you need them.
Events are special goals/achievements posted on the Events Board. Players earn rewards after completing Events within the time specified.
