Question: I want to reset the password for my Call of Duty account but never received the password reset email. What should I do?

Answer: If you didn't receive your password reset email for your Call of Duty account, be sure to also check your spam folder, as the email may have been delivered there.

You can also add and to your spam filter white list. This will ensure that all email sent to you from Activision or Call of Duty will reach your inbox.

Please be sure that you are checking the same email account that you used to sign up for your Call of Duty account. The email account used to sign up for a Call of Duty account may be different than the one used to sign up for Xbox Live, PlayStation Network. or Steam.
