Making Purchases through the Call of Duty Store

Details on how to buy bundles and the Battle Pass through the Call of Duty’s online store

The Call of Duty® Store – callofduty.com/store – has been updated, now allowing players to use their COD Points to buy bundles and the Battle Pass outside of the game.

Players can also visit the Call of Duty Store to view new bundles and review the bundles they currently own, as well as buy BlackCell and other bundles using real-world money. 

For issues with real-world money purchases, please reach out to your platform account provider for help.

If you buy COD Points through your platform’s webstore, you will need to log in to Call of Duty on the associated platform to see your updated COD Points balance in the Call of Duty Store. Page refresh may be required.

 

1. How do I make a purchase through the Call of Duty Store?

For the best experience, we recommend logging in to your Activision account before selecting an item to buy. When you’re logged in, you’ll be able see your linked platform accounts and the COD Points totals associated with each account.

When you’re ready to buy:

  1. Select the item you want to buy.
  2. Above the Buy Now button, you will see the linked account with the most COD Points by default. If you want to make your purchase on a different linked account, you can choose it from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Buy Now then Confirm Purchase to complete your transaction.

Please note: Digital content may take up to 24 hours to appear in game. If the game was running when you made your purchase, you may need to restart the game.

2. How do I add COD Points to a linked account to make a purchase?

If you don’t have enough COD Points to buy an item from the store, the Buy Now button will not be active. In addition, you will not be able to select a linked account from the dropdown menu if it doesn’t have enough COD Points to make your purchase.

Visit the in-game store to buy more COD Points. 

Important! If you buy COD Points through your platform’s webstore, you will need to log in to Call of Duty on the associated platform to see your updated COD Points balance in the Call of Duty Store. Page refresh may be required.

3. I don’t see a linked account. What should I do?

Check to be sure you’re logged in to the correct Activision account. You can also review the Account Linking section of your Activision account profile to ensure the account you’re looking for is linked.

4. The store won’t let me choose one of my platform accounts. What should I do?

The Call of Duty Store will only let you select linked platform accounts with enough COD Points to make your purchase. If a desired platform account doesn’t have enough COD Points, visit the in-game store to buy more COD Points.

5. I have an issue with an item I bought through the store. What should I do?

Digital content may take up to 24 hours to appear in game. If the game was running when you made your purchase, you may need to restart the game.

Please note: If you use the online store to purchase the Battle Pass, you must log in to the game for your Battle Pass purchase to register. The purchase will be applied to the active Battle Pass Season when you log in.

6. Can I gift a bundle through the Call of Duty Store?
