Where to redeem codes and how to access or get help with Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 promotional bonus content

Use the tracker below to learn how to get bonus digital content included in Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 editions and promotions.

We recommend redeeming codes without the game running. Otherwise, you might need to restart the game to receive your items.

If you redeem a code before Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 launches:

  • Digital content will be instantly granted at launch* after downloading Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
  • 2XP Tokens will be banked and made available to use in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 at launch.

Please note: Some bonus content items may be made available to purchase individually at a later date.

The first six code redemptions grant 15-minute 2XP Tokens as well as Monster Energy-themed digital content. All code redemptions after grant 15-minute 2XP Tokens.

Walmart exclusive: 2XP codes received from purchases made at Walmart stores grant Dual 2XP‡ – separate tokens for 15 minutes of 2XP and 15 minutes of Weapon 2XP.

Call of Duty Shop

Select products purchased through the Call of Duty Shop may include additional in-game digital content. Content included with these select products is available for a limited time or while supplies last.

Check individual product pages on the Call of Duty Shop website for more information about the digital content offered.

Depending on the product, codes for digital content will be included in the product packaging or will be delivered via email after an order has been processed.

1. I got an error message when I tried to redeem my code. What should I do?

Follow the guidelines based on the error message you received.

 

INVALID CODE

Be sure you're entering your 13-character code as it's displayed on the receipt, insert, or packaging.

 

CODE ALREADY REDEEMED

The code you entered has already been used to redeem this bonus content. Please look for your content in the game.

 

MAX LIMIT REACHED

This account has already received this bonus content using another code. Be sure you are signed in to the correct account.

2. I didn't receive a code for my digital content. What should I do?

If you are missing a code that was printed on a receipt or printed on or inside specially-marked packaging, please contact your retailer.

3. I redeemed a code, but I can’t find the content in the game. What should I do?

In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for bonus content to appear in game.

If the game was running when you redeemed a code, please restart the game. If you're on a console, please also try rebooting your console.
