Yes. In between missions you will go to a special area known as the Safe House. You can change your appearance and the game’s difficulty in the Wardrobe section of the Safe House.

The Safe House is a new feature in Call of Duty: Black Ops III. Before playing any mission, you will be loaded into the Safe House, where you can perform a variety of actions that will either give you information about the upcoming mission, the world of Black Ops III, or allow you to change your character’s appearance.

Each station in the Safe House provides information regarding your character, Cyber Cores, Class Editing, and progression within the Campaign. If you are playing with others, you will be able to enter their respective rooms within the Safehouse to see their Campaign stats and items.

Yes, playing on higher difficulties will award you more XP.

The five difficulty levels are as follows:

  • Recruit: Regular XP
  • Regular: Regular XP
  • Hardened: 10% XP bonus
  • Veteran: 25% XP bonus
  • Realistic: 50% XP bonus

Realistic is designed to be the ultimate challenge for the Call of Duty veteran. In this mode, one bullet is all it takes to take down you or your allies.

No. Your Campaign progress will never be overwritten if you decide you would like to replay a mission. Selecting the Resume Story option from the Campaign menu will bring you to your last checkpoint in the Campaign.

Yes. During missions, you’ll find several areas known as “Mobile Armories”. Enter the Mobile Armory to change your Cyber Cores, Class or Loadout.

The story campaign for Call of Duty: Black Ops III contains graphic footage and language. Choosing to disable graphic content will skip some instances of this footage and cut out some of the graphic language.

Skipping this content will have no impact on the player’s ability to complete achievements, gather collectibles, or complete the story campaign. You can change your Mature Content settings at any time in the options menu.

The Software License and Service Agreement will be updated. Please follow this link [] in order to see these changes.
