Question: I'm getting an Out of Memory 12 error message in Call of Duty: Ghosts. What should I do?

Answer: If you are receiving Out of Memory 12 errors, be sure your PlayStation 4 is up to date with the latest firmware. Follow these steps to check for updates:

  1. Select the Home button in the center of the controller.
  2. Scroll up and select Settings.
  3. Select System Software Update.
