General Questions
No. There is no way to disable graphic content in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.
Yes. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered supports two-player split-screen online play in Multiplayer game modes.
Depending on the system you are playing on, different areas are available to play offline. On Xbox One and PlayStation 4, Multiplayer and Campaign can be accessed offline. For PC users, only Campaign is available offline.
No. Online progression does not carry over in Local mode and vice versa. Progression can only be continued in the mode in which it was started.
Retail versions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy and Legacy Pro Editions, which include Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, contain one game disc. Even though there is not a separate game disc, in order to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, you must have Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare installed and use the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare game disc. If you uninstall Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you will not be able to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.

Gameplay-specific Questions
After playing multiple Public matches, if you've left your initial party, you cannot re-join the same party you were in until the game has been rebooted by all party members.
If you accept a Multiplayer game invitation during a Campaign mission loading cinematic, then save and quit out of the game, you will get stuck in the game with a white screen. If this happens, reboot the game and ask your friend to resend the invitation.
Medals for Defends are currently not being rewarded to users, causing the leaderboard to not track Defend points. We are working to resolve this in a future patch.
This is a known issue on Xbox One, and will be resolved in a future patch.
