Since the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, fans have been earning Cryptokeys in Multiplayer and Vials of Liquid Divinium in Zombies by simply playing the game. Cryptokeys can be used to unlock items through Supply Drops the Black Market while Vials can be used to obtain GobbleGum power-ups in Dr. Monty’s Factory in Zombies.
With the introduction of COD Points, players now also have the option to obtain Rare Supply Drops and Vials of Liquid Divinium by purchasing and using virtual currency to secure items, or they can continue to earn them by playing the game.
COD Points do not affect core progression. The items that are acquired through Supply Drops are the same whether COD Points or Cryptokeys are used; Gobblegums are also the same whether COD Points or Liquid Divinium are used.
COD Points (CP) are an in-game currency that can be used by players to obtain Rare Supply Drops in the Multiplayer Black Market and Vials of Liquid Divinium in Dr. Monty’s Factory in Zombies. COD Points can also be used to purchase other in-game items such as Extra Loadout Slots for Multiplayer. COD Points are optional and do not affect core progression.
The easiest way to purchase COD Points is through the Black Ops III in-game store. Select Store in Multiplayer or Zombies mode, and then navigate to the COD Points section.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III Supply Drops are obtained through the Black Market by playing the game and earning Cryptokeys, or by purchasing COD Points. The Black Market provides options for different types of Supply Drops, each with different configurations of loot rewards. Common Supply Drops can only be obtained using Cryptokeys, while Rare Supply Drops can be obtained using either Cryptokeys or COD Points.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III Supply Drops contain a variety of content including, but not limited to, Calling Cards, weapon camos, Specialist themes and taunts, and a selection of balanced weapons.
These items are available in both Common Supply Drops and Rare Supply Drops. However, Rare Supply Drops guarantee a Rare item and have an increased chance of giving Legendary and Epic items. Rare Supply Drops also include bonus Cryptokeys.
