Activision Support is unable to adjust your registered region related to Call of Duty: Mobile. Choose an option below for more details on account usage and region change policy.

1. The prices in my current region are too high. Can I change my region so I can get better prices?

Activision Support is unable to adjust the region in which you originally registered and cannot offer different store prices.

2. The game is very laggy in my region, and sometimes I have connection issues. Can I change my region to improve game performance?

You will always connect to servers you are closest to physically. Changing your registered region will not affect game performance.

3. I moved to another country. Can I change my registered region?

Activision Support is unable to adjust the region in which you originally registered.

4. I want to participate in a promotion. Can I change my registered region?

Call of Duty: Mobile may offer special deals or promotions from time to time. In some cases, deals or promotions may not be available in certain regions due to regional restrictions.

Activision Support cannot make changes to existing offers or extend discounts and is unable to adjust the region in which you originally registered.
