ISSUE

DESCRIPTION

I didn’t get my DMZ Operator’s Prestige Trait but my items are gone.

– All platforms

A DMZ Operator Prestige issue is under investigation where items are removed from the player’s Stash but the Operator does not receive a Prestige Trait.

I didn’t receive Campaign rewards.

– All platforms

An issue with the delivery of rewards for completing Campaign missions is under investigation.

The headshot challenge isn’t tracking for the Patriot XMR.

– All platforms

A visual issue related to the Patriot XMR 50 Headshot Challenge is under investigation. This is a visual issue with the number being displayed in game; headshots are being tracked for the challenge.

I can't complete the Information Power Order in DMZ.

– All platforms

An issue preventing some players from buying Lieutenant Information on the Boss Board to progress the Information Power Order in DMZ is under investigation.

I can’t save Loadouts in Multiplayer.

– All platforms

An issue preventing some players from saving Loadouts in Multiplayer is under investigation.

I don’t have a button to launch the game from COD Home.

– XBOX on PC

An issue preventing some XBOX on PC players from launching the game is under investigation.

Helpful tips:

  • Check your Microsoft Store device management to ensure you haven’t exceeded your 10 device limit.
  • Try installing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Content Packs you don't have installed.

I can't Prestige my Operator in DMZ.

– All platforms

An issue preventing some players from Prestiging an active Operator after meeting requirements is under investigation.

Workaround:

Players facing this issue have found success by equipping Rare weapons with only three attachment slots (weapons that have never had four or more attachments).
Resolved Issues

Combat Record

A display issue where some players weren’t seeing their stats appear in the Combat Record and Leaderboards has been addressed.
