Question: I received a message stating an error occurred when attempting to open a Supply Drop. What should I do?
Answer: On rare occasions, the game can time out when attempting to open a Supply Drop, or when delivering the contents of a Supply Drop.
If you receive an error message when attempting to open a Supply Drop, follow the steps based on the game you're playing.
Be sure to go to the Quartermaster and check your Recently Collected items.
If you still do not see the items from a Supply Drop, restart the game and then return to the Quartermaster to check the Recently Collected items again. In rare cases, it might take up to an hour for items to show up.
Be sure to check the Recent tab in the Black Market to see if the items were delivered. Items displayed here have a timestamp to let you know when they were received.

Check the New Items section to see if the package is there, or if the package opened and the loot items were delivered to your Armory.
