Answer: If you receive this error, follow the steps below to work around this issue.
Workaround:
- Navigate to the My Games section of the dashboard on your Xbox 360 console.
- Highlight the “King’s Quest” game and press the X-button to view the Game Details page.
- Navigate to the tab labeled Extras and select See All to view all available downloads
- Highlight the “King’s Quest – Chapter 2: Rubble Without a Cause” content and press the A-button.
- Highlight the Download tile and press the A-button.
- Proceed through the standard Xbox Live purchase process (you will not be charged).
- Once the download has completed you will be able to access the content from in-game.
