Freezing When Signing up for PlayStation Plus
What to do if you get stuck signing up for PlayStation Plus in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare lobby
PlayStation Plus is required in order to play Multiplayer matches Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on PlayStation 4. If you enter the Multiplayer lobby without a PlayStation Plus account, you will be prompted to create an account or log in to an existing account.
If you need to create an account, be sure to back out of the game to the PlayStation dashboard before creating your account. If the game freezes in the Multiplayer lobby while creating a PlayStation Plus account, you will need to quit the game.
