COD Points in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

How COD Points work in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

Since the launch of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, players have earned Keys in Multiplayer and Zombies game modes by simply playing the game. Keys unlock items either through Common and Rare Supply Drops obtained from the Quartermaster in Multiplayer or through Common and Rare Zombie Crates obtained in Zombies.

With the introduction of COD Points to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, players now have the option to purchase this in-game currency and use it to obtain Rare Supply Drops and Rare Zombie Crates. COD Points are not required, however, as players will still be able to access rare loot boxes with Keys.

COD Points do not affect core progression in Multiplayer or Zombies. Items acquired through Common and Rare Supply Drops or through Common and Rare Zombie Crates are the same whether the loot boxes are obtained using COD Points or Keys.

COD Points (CP) are an in-game currency that can be used by players to obtain Rare Supply Drops from the Quartermaster in Multiplayer and Rare Zombie Crates in Zombies. Since these loot boxes are also available using Keys, COD Points do not affect core progression; they are completely optional.

The easiest way to purchase COD Points is through the in-game store in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Select Store from the menu in either the Multiplayer or Zombies, and then navigate to the COD Points section.

COD Points can also be purchased through the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Store.

No, Rare Supply Drop and Rare Zombie Crate items are the same regardless of whether they were unlocked by spending COD Points or Keys. COD Points do not affect core progression.

No, the probability of obtaining Supply Drops and Zombie Crate items remains the same, regardless of whether or not COD Points were spent to obtain them. COD Points do not affect core progression.

No, Keys are still earned by playing Multiplayer and Zombies. COD Points are optional.

COD Points are currently available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

COD Points are coming soon to PC. Stay tuned for updates.

Yes, your COD Points balance in Call of Duty: Black Ops III will also be available in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. That also means when you purchase COD Points, you will be able to use them in either game.

Please note: when COD Points are purchased through the PlayStation Store or Xbox Live Store, you will need to restart your game. Please also allow up to 20 minutes for the COD Points to appear in game.

Supply Drops and Zombie Crates may contain a variety of items, including, but not limited to, Prototype weapons, camos, and other personalization items. Supply Drops can also contain QR-M5TR Collection weapons and Combat Rig items.

Common Supply Drops and Zombie Crates have a slight chance at dropping Rare, Legendary, or Epic items, but there is no guarantee. Rare Supply Drops and Zombie Crates guarantee an item of Rare or better quality with an increased chance of Legendary or Epic items. Rare Supply Drops and Zombie Crates also include bonus Salvage.
