  • If a data portability request or a request to access personal information has been completed and a request to delete personal information is then desired, a new request will need to be submitted.

If your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, or if such request is not supported by, or an exception applies under, applicable data protection laws and regulations, Activision reserves the right to refuse to act on the request, at its own discretion.
