Welcome back to the world of King’s Quest. This covers many of the common gameplay questions that might come up as you work your way through Snow Place Like Home. As such, it may contain spoilers!
This can happen if the camera reaches the door before Graham is caught by the wolves. If this happens, be patient and wait a few moments. Graham will be caught by the wolves, and the sequence will reset back to the beginning and you can try again.

If you experience this issue you will need to quit to the Main Menu and reload the game from the last checkpoint.
This only happens only when you pick up a second diaper after you have already changed the baby once. Picking up a third diaper will create a diaper in your inventory as normal. In addition, you do not need the second diaper in order to resolve this puzzle.
You will need to go through the entire puzzle-solving sequence again, including collecting the inventory items. Items in the left room, however, will be left intact for your use.
No. This puzzle is working as intended. The tiles themselves have been removed because they were defective but they are in the correct orientation and the illumination on the first tile will indicate whether or not you are on the right path.
This can happen during the climb if Graham faces away from the wall. If it happens, restart and reload the game and make sure that Graham always faces the wall during his climb to avoid this issue.
