Question: I keep getting an error on the Call of Duty: WWII Classified page. What's going on?
Answer: We have received reports that some players are encountering errors when attempting to access callofduty.com/classified, or are being prompted for a code after completing the decryption. In most cases, these occur when viewing the site while using a browser's privacy mode (Incognito Window on Chrome, Private Window on Safari and Firefox, etc.).
If you experienced these issues on the Call of Duty: WWII Classified page, restart your browser, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and then go to the site in a normal, non-private browser window. If issues persist, please try using a different browser.
