False Prospector camo

We've resolved an issue where some players were unable to equip the False Prospector Gold Camo from the Fortune's Keep event.

Crashes when Fetching Info

We fixed an issue that caused the game to crash at launch while Fetching Store Info or Fetching Profile Info.

Error 5476

Issues that resulted in some players experiencing game crashes leading to Error 5476 were resolved.

Operation Monarch/Monsterverse rewards

Players who purchased two Operation Monarch Bundles have been granted the "Super Species" Player Title. Players who purchased all three Bundles have been granted the “Apex Phase Rifle” Blueprint.

White Mirage skin

Graphical issues with the White Mirage skin have been fixed.

FerroFluid Mastercraft Blueprint

Graphical issues with the FerroFluid Mastercraft Blueprint have been fixed.

Prestige emblems

Prestige emblems displayed in game should now match players' current rank.

Battle Pass progression

Battle Pass progression issues have been fixed. Players should now earn the correct amount of Battle Pass XP.

Black Ops Cold War weapons

Black Ops Cold War weapons will now unlock after meeting unlock requirements.

Warzone match stats

Issues with match stats not updating in the Barracks and on Leaderboards have been fixed.

Windows Mode

The game should no longer launch in Windows Mode.

Ronin Operator Mission

The objectives required to complete the Ronin Operator Mission have been adjusted.

Cooper Carbine's Armored Strength Blueprint

The 9mm 60-Round Drum on the Cooper Carbine's Armored Strength Blueprint should now provide the correct amount of rounds.

Polina's head not displaying

Issues with Polina's head with the Cloaked for Combat skin equipped have been fixed.

Crashes on Caldera

Game crashes while playing Caldera on Xbox have been resolved.

Dev Error 5573

Game crashes leading to Dev Error 5573 have been resolved.

Update loop

Update loop issues have been resolved.

Whitelist: Timeout

Players may encounter a "Whitelist: Timeout" error when attempting to launch the game when there is no active network connection. If you encounter this error, it is to use and maintain an active network connection when launching and playing the game, even when playing offline modes.

Unable to launch the game on PC

If your PC is running Citrix Workspace, be sure to disable "App Protect" before attempting to launch the game.

Xbox Guide button

Game freezes and restarts from interacting with the Xbox Guide button have been fixed.

A required network service has failed.

Issues with Xbox Live Gold players receiving "A required network service has failed." error message has been resolved.

Xbox Controller disconnects

An issue causing Xbox controllers to disconnect or become unresponsive during gameplay has been resolved.

COD Points balances

Visual issues related to COD Points balances have been fixed.

Prestige Emblems

An issue where Emblems for Prestige 8 and above were not appearing in the Emblems menu has been resolved.

Operator Mission tracking

Tracking issues with Kitsune's "Security Expert" Operator Mission, Beck's Season Five Operator Mission, and Powers' "Plausible Deniability" Operator Mission have been fixed.

XP in After Action Report

An issue was fixed to resolve instances where the earned XP displayed in After Action Reports and the Match Summary did not match in various modes.

Stuck Inputs (Climbing Ladders)

An issue was fixed to resolve players experiencing "stuck inputs" after performing certain actions such as attempting to climb ladders.

Error Codes: Diver and 6

Issues leading to error codes Diver and 6 have been resolved.

Intel Mission tracking

We fixed issues related to several Intel Missions not tracking properly.

Memory Errors 0-1766 and 19-1788

We resolved issues that resulted in some players experiencing game crashes leading to Memory Error 0-1766 or 19-1788.

We fixed an issue where the game was crashing to Dev Error 6634 "Unified Geometry Buffer has reached the max surface allocation limit!"
