Claiming Your Xfinity Flash Kart offer

As a thank you to their Xfinity Internet customers, Comcast is offering you one (1) downloadable in-game Xfinity Flash Kart in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

1. When does the promotion begin?

Xfinity customers can begin requesting a code to receive the Xfinity Flash Kart on February 21, 2020.

2. When is the last day I can request a code?

All eligible codes must be requested by March 15, 2020, and redeemed by May 31, 2020, to unlock the content.

3. What is included in the Xfinity Flash Kart offer?

After you've received and successfully redeemed your code from Xfinity, you will receive one (1) Xfinity Flash Kart in-game kart, which includes:

  • One (1) Xfinity branded kart set which includes a racecar design and Legendary Wheels

4. How do I request a code?

To receive a code from Xfinity, you must be a current customer and log in with your Xfinity credentials at xfinity.com/crashteamracing.

5. Where will my code be delivered?

Codes for this promotion will be provided once you successfully log in to your Xfinity account and also sent via Comcast via email to your Xfinity email account.

6. I successfully requested my code. When will it be emailed to me?

Please allow at least 24 hours for delivery to your Xfinity email address.

7. Where can I redeem my code once I have received it from Comcast?

Once you receive a code via email from Xfinity, go to crashbandicoot.com/xfinity to redeem your code.

8. How do I redeem my code?

Follow these steps to redeem your code.

 

  1. Go to crashbandicoot.com/xfinity.
  2. Log in to your Crash Bandicoot/Activision account, or create one by following the directions provided.
    • Please note: Make sure you have your gaming platform accounts linked to your Crash Bandicoot/Activision account. Learn more about Linking Platform Accounts.
  3. Once logged in, enter your access code and select your gaming platform of choice and select Submit.
    • If you select PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, the Xfinity Flash Kart will be in the Special Karts section of your game when you next boot it up while connected to the internet.
    • If you select Nintendo Switch as your platform of choice, you will immediately receive a Nintendo voucher which you can redeem on the Nintendo eShop to unlock the Xfinity Flash Kart in your game.
  4. If your game is already on, you may need to restart it before seeing the Xfinity Flash Kart. Your console must be connected to the internet.

9. How long do I have to redeem my code?

Codes provided by Comcast for the Xfinity Flash Kart can be redeemed up until May 31, 2020.

10. Where can I find the Xfinity Flash Kart in my game after I've redeemed my code?

You can find the Xfinity Flash Kart in the Special Karts section of the Kart selection screen.

11. Does the Xfinity Flash Kart provide an extra benefit in the game?

While the karts in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled allow players to show their distinct style, no kart in the game provides a racing benefit over any other. The Xfinity Flash Kart lets Xfinity residential customers showcase their speed in style, with a slick racecar design, a bold paintjob, and legendary wheels that light up the track.
