Claim COD Points in Call of Duty: Mobile with the Sony Xperia 1 II

Purchase the Sony Xperia 1 II and claim 18,000 COD Points for use in Call of Duty: Mobile

Players who purchase the Sony Xperia 1 II on any consumer pay monthly tariff through Telefonica UK Limited’s online sales channel or through O2 telesales will be entitled to claim 18,000 COD Points for use in Call of Duty: Mobile.

1. What are the requirements to participate in this promotion?

Entrants require:

  1. A compatible mobile phone
  2. Internet access
  3. A Call of Duty account
  4. The latest Call of Duty: Mobile game version

These requirements are not provided as part of the promotion.

2. How long does this promotion last?

The promotion begins at 00:00:00 BST on 03/09/20 and ends at 23:59:59 BST on 07/10/20. Purchases must be made during the promotion period to be eligible to redeem COD Points.

3. How do I claim my COD Points?

After a valid purchase of the Sony Xperia 1 II, visit From there, provide a picture of your IMEI number and your online confirmation as proof of purchase, as well as your name, contact details and email address. You will then receive an email to confirm your claim has been acknowledged, and following validation, you will be emailed a redemption code to redeem your COD Points in Call of Duty: Mobile.

You can find your IMEI number by entering *#06# into your new Xperia 1 II keypad or going to settings and selecting About phone. Your IMEI number is also displayed on the product packaging label.

4. What should I do if I don’t receive my claim code?

5. Where do I enter my claim code?

Before entering a claim code, be sure you have the latest version of Call of Duty: Mobile installed on a compatible device.

You will also need a Call of Duty account. If you do not have an account, you can create a free one.

Once you have received your claim code, go to and follow onscreen instructions:

  1. Enter your Call of Duty: Mobile User ID.
  2. Enter your 12-character claim code.
  3. Enter the Captcha code required for verification.
  4. Relaunch Call of Duty: Mobile.
  5. Tap the envelope icon at the top of the home screen to open the Mail centre.
  6. Under System – Mail, select Promo Code Reward to claim your COD Points.

Once you leave the Mail centre, you will see your 18,000 COD Points added to the game in the upper-righthand corner.

6. How long do I have to redeem my claim code and receive my COD Points?

Claim codes may be redeemed on the redemption website beginning 00:00:01 BST on 03/09/20 and must be redeemed by 23:59:59 BST on 31/10/22.

7. What should if I face issues redeeming my COD Points or I receive an error when attempting to redeem a claim code?

If you face any issues redeeming your 18,000 COD Points in Call of Duty: Mobile, please contact Activision Support for assistance.

8. Are there any restrictions to this promotion?

  • This promotion is open to UK customers aged 18 and over only.
  • Employees and immediate family members of Sony Europe B.V., its agents, or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible.
  • Customers who return their qualifying mobile devices are not eligible and will not be entitled to claim or receive COD Points through this promotion.
  • Limited to one claim per device purchase.
  • A maximum of five claim codes may be redeemed per customer.
  • Re-selling COD Points redemption code is strictly forbidden and can be penalised.
