Troubleshooting tips if you're having issues with Cryptokeys
In the Black Market, Cryptokeys can be traded for Common Supply Drops and Rare Supply Drops, which contain a variety of content including, but not limited to, Calling Cards, weapon camos, Specialist themes and taunts, and a selection of balanced weapons. Rare Supply Drops also guarantee a Rare item, have an increased chance of giving Legendary and Epic items, and include bonus Cryptokeys.
The following lists the most common questions concerning Cryptokeys and Supply Drops.
Once the requirements for a Contract are met, the rewards associated with that Contract are automatically added to your account. Please note, however, that both requirements for Weekly Contracts need to be achieved to receive rewards. Rewards are not earned for completing only one of the two requirements. This also holds true when Double Daily Contracts are available.
This occurs when you receive an item that is tied to content that has not been unlocked with Unlock Tokens or through progression. Examples of this include camos or attachment variants for locked weapons or Specialist themes and taunts for locked Specialists. The item has been awarded, but will not be visible until the base content is unlocked. Be sure to select Recently Acquired within the Black Market to see the last 25 items you'd acquired.
If you experience a network disconnection during the Supply Drop animation and reward sequence, your Cryptokey balance might appear incorrectly and it might seem like content was not rewarded. This is a visual anomaly in the menus due to the temporary network disconnection. The Cryptokey balance should correct itself once the game goes back online or when the game is restarted.
All items are awarded to the player’s profile as soon as the transaction is confirmed, so you will not lose your content. Be sure to select Recently Acquired within the Black Market to see the last 25 items you'd acquired.
