I can't connect to Zombies Chronicles.
– All platforms

Some players are currently unable to connect to games after launching Zombies Chronicles.

Fix in progress

My Weapon Kit isn't updating in Zombies.
– All platforms

We've received reports that some players have changed their Weapon Kits in Zombies but they're not updating in game.

Under investigation

The game freezes when I try to install it.
– PlayStation 4

Players are experiencing freezes when installing Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

Here's a quick tip: Be sure your PlayStation 4 is updated with the latest System Software. To update your PlayStation 4:

  1. Go to Settings from the PlayStation 4 home screen.
  2. Select System Software Update.

If an update is available, install the update, restart your PlayStation 4, and then attempt to install Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
