Follow these steps to replace the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare game launcher executable on a PC.

Download the replacement executable iw3mp.exe.
Navigate to your Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare game folder. (This is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4)
Find and delete your existing executable iw3mp.exe.
Cut and paste the replacement executable into your Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare game folder.

If you have a desktop shortcut to launch Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, you will need to update it to this new game launcher.
