Follow these steps to replace the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare game launcher executable on a PC.
- Download the replacement executable iw3mp.exe.
- Navigate to your Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare game folder. (This is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4)
- Find and delete your existing executable iw3mp.exe.
