Cannot Download or Play DLC for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
Troubleshooting tips for issues with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC
If you're having trouble downloading or playing DLC for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, please try the following troubleshooting tips depending on your console.
Xbox One Season Pass owners: If you see a price associated with a Map Pack in the in-game store or the Xbox Store, do not attempt to download the DLC. Instead, please contact Activision Support for assistance.
- If you purchased the DLC in-game, you may need to completely exit the game to complete the download.
- Clear the cache on your console.
- If the DLC doesn't download successfully or is unplayable, try downloading the DLC again.
- Be sure that your PlayStation account allows you to download content.
- You might need to Restore your PS4 license. To do this:
- From the PlayStation 4 dashboard, go to Settings.
- Select PlayStation Network/Account Management.
- Select Restore Licenses.
- Select Restore.
Please note: Your PS4 License can only be restored on your Primary PS4. Follow these steps to activate your PS4 as your primary system.
- Sign in to your PlayStation Network account.
- From the PlayStation 4 dashboard, go to Settings.
- Select PlayStation Network/Account Management.
- Select Activate as Your Primary PS4.
- Select Activate.
- If you purchased the DLC in-game, you may need to completely exit the game to complete the download.
- Clear the cache on your console.
- If the DLC doesn't download successfully or is unplayable, try downloading the DLC again.
- Be sure that your Xbox Live account allows you to download content.
Try the following if you're having trouble with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC for PC:
- Exit Steam.
- Navigate to your Steam directory (C:\Program Files\Steam\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\) and delete the AppCache folder.
- Restart Steam and launch your game.
