Connectivity Issues
The application requires an internet connection for online play and to download the game’s assets.
Check the model of your mobile device. Certain older models of device are able to play Skylanders SuperChargers but the following devices do not support online racing or co-op gameplay.
- iPhone: 5 and 5c
- iPad: 3rd and 4th generation
- iPad Mini: All generations
Skylanders SuperChargers cannot download data through cellular networks. The game requires a Wi-fi connection to download data.
Do the following to get an optimal connection:
- Make sure you are connected to a working WiFi network and that you have a strong connection.
- Make sure Airplane mode is disabled.
- Restart the game.
- Restart your device.
This will happen if you’re playing the game on a device that does not support online play. The following devices will receive invitations but will be unable to play an online game.

No. Skylanders SuperChargers does not support Game Center achievements.
This is by design. Only your Game Center friends’ names will be shown.
