Call of Duty will periodically run Twitch Drop promotions, allowing you to earn in-game rewards, items, or boosts. To earn rewards, tune in to eligible streamers during a promotion period on Twitch as they play the most recent Call of Duty titles.
Following the launch of Twitch’s new drop system on October 10, 2022, players who have previously linked their Twitch account to their Activision account will need to relink their accounts.
All players who have an Activision account with a linked Twitch account and gaming network account are eligible.

Be sure you sign in to the correct Activision account you want to receive your drop items on.
Once you have both accounts linked, head over to Twitch and start watching eligible streamers playing the most recent Call of Duty titles during a promotion period. On drop-eligible streams, you'll see a Drops enabled! callout so you know you are officially watching and earning.

Be sure you sign into the correct Activision account you want to receive your drop items on.
As you watch eligible streamers, you'll receive a Twitch notification for each drop reward you earn.
After earning a drop reward, you may need to restart the eligible Call of Duty title on your console or PC to receive the reward in game.
Also, make sure your Activision account is linked to at least one gaming network account (PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net, or Steam).
