If you were linked to this article in Call of Duty®, the game detected that your PC is running a Windows 10 version that is not up to date. Older versions of Windows 10 are known to cause stability issues with some Call of Duty games and may not be supported by the game as they are no longer supported by Microsoft.
We recommend upgrading Windows 10 to the latest version available. Follow the steps below to update your Windows 10.
- Open the Start menu and select the gear icon to open Settings.
