Advanced Supply Drops in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Everything you need to know about Advanced Supply Drops for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Advanced Supply Drops are unique Supply Drops earned through gameplay and purchasable through stores, allowing players to bolster their Armory and customize their Operator even further with three random loot items.

Each Advanced Supply Drop includes at least one weapon variant and at least one item of Professional rarity or greater. Items from Advanced Supply Drops can either be used to upgrade loadouts and personalize an Operator or redeemed for XP.

Once purchased, Advanced Supply Drops will appear in the New Items list, and the items will be delivered to the Armory when opened, just like standard in-game Supply Drops.

On rare occasions, the game can time out when attempting to open an Advanced Supply Drop package, or when delivering the loot items from the opened package to your Armory.

If you receive an error message when attempting to open an Advanced Supply Drop, check the New Items section to see if the package is there, or if the package opened and the loot items were delivered to your Armory.

If you still do not see the Advanced Supply Drop or the loot items, follow these steps:

  1. Back out to the Main Menu.
  2. Return to the Multiplayer lobby.
  3. Check the New Items section again for the Advanced Supply Drop, or check the New Items or your Armory for the delivered loot items.

In some cases, it might take some time for the Advanced Supply Drop or the loot items to show up in your Armory. If the options above do not work, please wait one hour and try again.

Advanced Supply Drops are awarded each time a player reaches ranks 20, 30, and 40, and after reaching each Prestige. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes for the Advanced Supply Drop to be delivered after being awarded.

Advanced Supply Drops awarded for leveling or prestiging on PlayStation 4 may experience delays up to 40 minutes. Players who do not see the Advanced Supply Drops after waiting 40 minutes will need to back out of Multiplayer to the Main Menu and then reconnect to the Multiplayer lobby in order to see the Advanced Supply Drops in their New Items inventory.

  • will not contain licensed/promotional items;
  • will not contain Challenge-based items;
